Singer Deutsch (www.SingerDeutsch.com) brings to the Bay Area its deep experience representing Wall Street traders, brokers, investment bankers, financial planners, wholesalers, compliance personnel, operations personnel, hedge fund executives, private equity fund executives, hedge fund marketers, and research analysts in employment claims involving bonus disputes, wrongful terminations, U-5 expungment, failures to pay compensation, whistle-blowing, gender discrimination, race discrimination, age discrimination, sexual

Founded in 2003 by Georgetown Law School alumni John D. Singer, Esq. and

and litigations against their former employers and in investigations or
enforcement proceedings conducted by the Securities and Commodities
regulators.
Additionally, Singer Deutsch handles diverse, complex matters for individual
investors against investment banks, brokerage firms, hedge funds, financial
planners, and investment advisors emanating from investment-related losses.
These matters typically involve unsuitable investing, breaches of fiduciary

fraud.
“"Over the past two years we have seen a significant proliferation in inquiries
and clients particularly from financial industry complainants in the Bay
area," says partner John Singer, who is familiar to many from his numerous TV
appearances on national news shows. "The time is right for us to have a more
formal presence in this critical financial hub."
Singer Deutsch also represents high-profile individuals in the entertainment
industry including record label executives, music managers, models, actresses,
television personalities, and authors in connection with employment disputes
with their former employers, contract negotiations, and commercial litigation
disputes.
The San Francisco practice will be led by Mr. Singer, who is a member of both
the New York and California Bars and will divide his time among the firm's
offices. Prior to co-founding Singer Deutsch, he was a litigator at Proskauer
Rose in both New York and Los Angeles (1996-2002) and Rosenman & Colin (now
